[News] G-Dragon states ''If I were a female, I would date Top!''

G Dragon thinks TOP has the most homme fatal appeals.

Recently, Big Bang performed a special edition of “Park So Hyun’s Love” this past 19^th on SBS’ 107.7MHz FM. 

On this day, while Talk taking place, member’s replied “Top is the best” to DJ Park So Hyun’s question “which of Big Bang’s members has the most homme fatal appeals?” 

G Dragon added “I almost fell in love with Top. There are times that I was joking with Top while the car was in motion. But I feel attracted to him..if I were a girl I would ask to be in a relationship with him on the spot. That’s how much I feel influenced”.

Seung Rhee also praised Top’s unique attractiveness “Not too long ago during a program we did a parody of ‘Secret Garden’ and did a kiss scene with older brother Top. But what nice manners he displayed. For me to feel this way, imagine the way females would feel”. 

Members have stated Top is “The most pure hearted of us” and laughed as Top smiled and made an acknowledging reply.

Top is rated as “having the most sense of justice” by members. Seung Rhee said “of the members, Top has the most stars’ numbers on his cell phone”. 

G Dragon added “Seung Rhee uniquely has the most numbers. The rest of the four members have fewer than 100 stars’ numbers but Seung Rhee has very many.

Member of group Big Bang, TOP was crowned as the 쌈짱 “Best fighter” from amongst idols.

Because of action blockbuster movie ‘토너먼트’ “Tournament”, a survey titled “Who seems like the domestic idol that would be the best at fighting?” was hold from August 11th to August 18th.

As a result, with overwhelming support, TOP gained the 1st place. Among those involved in the survey, 60% of them supported TOP giving him the #1 place after TOP’s acting in drama “IRIS” and movie “Into the Fire” left a strong impression on the public.

TOP the charismatic idol, showed off unseen aspects through the drama, such as his emotional and breathtaking acting.

In additon, MBLAQ’s Lee Joon and 2PM’s Taecyon tied for 2nd place with 17% of the votes, and Beast’s Lee Ki Kwang received 7% of the votes.

Actress Choi Jung Yoon revealed that if she were to appear on “We Got Married” she’d like to be matched as a couple with Big Bang’s TOP!

Choi Jung Yoon spoke of this at the press conference for her new drama “Manny” on April 7th at Mapo-gu, Seoul, at tvN’s CJ E & M Center.

She said she had also wanted to join the cast of “We Got Married” but that her husband would be a virtual one not a real one and that at her age (35), it’d seem rather sad.

She added, “If I did “We Got Married”, I’d like TOP to be my partner. A long time ago because I really liked Rain, I’d get the money and instantly go to a Rain concert but because Rain has to leave for the army soon, I transferred to TOP.“

[News] G-Dragon talks about his learnings from GD&TOP activities

After 2 years and 3 months, BIGBANG has come back with their 4th mini-album. But before this, leader G-Dragon and eldest member, T.O.P, had activities as the duet group, GD&TOP.

On his experience of promoting as GD&TOP, G-Dragon said:

“HIGH HIGH is an electronic hip-hop song that represents GD&TOP’s style. It showed that being on stage can be fun too. Singers, especially idols, go on stage wearing colourful clothes but are often too formal with their performances. With our performances as GD&TOP, it seems that we were closer to the audience because we just played on stage freely.
Even though I am the leader of BIGBANG when we have our group activities, I still had fun being part of GD&TOP, as it showed how other stages can be interesting too.”

G-Dragon also talked on how the music of BIGBANG has changed over the years.

“‘Lies’ was filled with Perry’s style. Then, from ‘Lies’ we gradually transitioned to ‘Last Farewell’ and finding our own color by combining electronic and house, which has been well-received by the public.”
From ‘Haru Haru’ to ‘Sunset Glow’, we tried to focus on conveying our feelings to the audience. And then, to be able to express our own personalities further, we went on with solo activities.”
Regarding BIGBANG’s future plans, he said:

“After finishing our promotions in Korea, we will continue with our activities in Japan. We don’t have plans of advancing to the American market yet but seeing the results of our album on Billboard, it won’t be surprising if you think that we would do so.”
