NMB48 Team N 3rd Stage postponed

The shonichi for Team N's third stage, originally set for May 12th, has been postponed to a date yet unknown. This was revealed at today's concert of NMB48's live tour [Osaka Juuban Shoubu] in the Orix Theater in Osaka.

Fans had been expecting the yet unnamed third (and first original) stage on May 14th as part of the  [Minogashita Kimitachi e 2] revival concerts. Instead, Team N will be performing a spinoff to their currently ongoing tour "Osaka Juuban Shoubu" in TDC Hall.

NMB48's Yoshida Akari Returns from Suspension

On January 24th's Team N show at the NMB48 Theater, the voting results for Yoshida Akari's return to the group was finally revealed.

Disapprove: 873

Yoshida Akari has got more than 50% approved votes, and can now return to NMB48! Congratulations! She has already started practices and will return to the stage on mid-February.

Akarin voluntarily suspended herself from NMB48 activities on September last year, together with Matsuda Shiori. At least that's what the official blog says, Whether there a another reason for the suspension is not known. Some people say it was so she could concentrate on her exams.

I'm glad this is finally over and she's back to NMB48 now. Really have been missing her. Welcome back!

NMB48 fan voting for Yoshida Akari's return

Some of you might remember that 2 months ago, NMB48 held a voting for the return of Shimada Rena and Matsuda Shiori from suspension. The two were accepted back into NMB on the first voting.

Today it was announced at an event that the final suspended member Yoshida Akari will go through the same fan voting.

Just like the previous voting process, she will have to get more than 50% approved votes before she can re-enter NMB. If she gets less than that, the voting will repeat until she gets accepted. The voting period will be from January 15th to January 21st, and the results of the voting will be announced during the Team N [Seishun Girls] stage show on January 24th.

I wonder what took them so long to do the voting for Akarin? Some people have speculated that she was busy with studies and I hope that's just the case. Since the voting will just get repeated if she fails, I want this voting over and done with as soon as possible.

NMB48's Yoshida Akari and Matsuda Shiori suspend activities

As announced on NMB48's official website, NMB48 Team N members Yoshida Akari and Matsuda Shiori will suspend their activities in the group and take a break. There is no information given how long this "break" is supposed to be. Both girls will not take part in NMB48's 2nd single, and Yoshida Akari will also give up her spot as Senbatsu member for that single.

I, Yoshida Akari, have an annoucement to everyone who always supports me. From today, September 4, on, I am going to let my activities in NMB48 rest for a while.

Until now I have been busy with work everyday, but I started to think 'Can my current work meet the expectations of all my fans?' and 'Am I myself really ok with this?'. Continuing my activities in NMB48 with this insecure feelings led to anxiety/more insecurity, and I felt that I need time to find myself again.
I am very sorry to all the fans who supported me, to the staff and the members.
I don't want to give up my dream, so please give me time to sort out my feelings.

NMB48 Team N Matsuda Shiori

What is going on there? NMB48 Kenkyuusei Shimada Rena was just suspended a few days ago and now two Team N members, one of them a front girl, follow her? Not a good situation for the group. Could this be related in any way to the scandal? I really hope there is not more to this. Too much uproar for me.
