[NEWS] Woori, ‘scores’ a role to be the love interest of CNBLUE Minhyuk

Woori from talent (agency) has been casted to play the female lead role in the new MBC drama “You’ve Fallen for Me”.

The new drama of Pyo Min Su PD, “You’ve Fallen For Me”, is a melodrama on university of the arts students on love and friendships, dreams and youth.

In this drama, Woori will play character of ‘Han Hee Joo’, who has had a crush on ‘Lee Shin’ (Jung Yonghwa) since middle school, and becomes the love interest of Yeo JunHee (Kang Minhyuk). She’ll be the rival of the other female lead, Lee Kyuwon (Park Shinhye).

Pyo Minsu PD said that Woori reminded him of Sim Eunha during her debut days and that he’s looking forward to see how she will portray the character ‘HeeJoo’ in the drama.



Woori stated, “It’s truly an honor to be casted in the respected Pyo Minsu PD’s production. In order to play ‘HeeJoo’, I’ve been working hard training in vocal and dance lessons.”

Other than Woori, Jung Yonghwa, Park Shinhye, Kang Minhyuk and So Yihyun have been casted. MBC’s new drama, “You’ve Fallen for Me”, is set to be broadcasted this upcoming June 29th.
