[NEWS] Lee Kikwang’s frankness towards his first impression of Shin Dong Yup ‘really squashed together’

Beast’s Lee Kikwang and Shin Dong Yup spoke straightforward words to each other when they met for the first time.

On the 3rd May broadcast of KBS2TV’S Win Win, the nation’s MC Shin Dong Yup appeared as a guest, showing off his wittiness with words.

MC Kim Seung Woo asked Shin Dong Yup, ” Honestly do you know Lee Ki Kwang? ” Dong Yup answered, ‘Yes, of course I know him.’ The MC continued, ” Are you sure? Isn’t he just an artist that you know after seeing him on television?”, cleverly replying him.
After that Kikwang said, ‘ Seeing Shin Dong Yup in real life, I can see that he has very nice skin. He doesn’t look his age. But, his nose and mouth is alright, except that the area around his eyes looks really squashed together.’ He gave his first impression of Shin Dong Yup with unexpected frankness.

Shin Dong Yup fired back, “It’s so strange that my nose and mouth are also squashed together, isn’t it? ” , making the audience laugh.

[News] The pride of Naju, Beast’s Lee Kikwang?

Lee Kikwang whose hometown is in Naju took part in KBS2TV’S National Idol Sports Championships aired on the 30th of April. On that day, there were events such as sit-ups, pull-ups, 50 m dash, inline roller skating, relay races and many more. 

As the representative of Jeolla Province’s Naju city, Lee Kikwang showed off a good performance even from the beginning of the contest. Kikwang showed outstanding athleticism, helping his team gain many points in every event. In the relay race finals, he was the third baton runner, helping his team which was already deemed only an average team at best become one of the top teams, gaining great acclaim.

[NEWS] Beast’s Yoseob’s surprise kiss shocks Lee Kikwang!

Beast member Lee Kikwang burst out laughing after Yoseob’s surprise bobo (kiss).

On the 16th April broadcast of KBS2TV’s 100 Points out of 100, the nation’s noona Ha Chun Hwa and comedian Kim Young Chul appeared as guests, bringing laughter to the show with their eloquence and variety show skills.

On that day, Yoseob had to wear Ha Chun Hwa’s stage costume as a game punishment. While the singer and other guests were performing, he ran over to Lee Kikwang and gave him a surprise bobo.

After the bobo, Kikwang tried to put on a strong smile, but his face still showed some uncertainty.

Next, Yoseob also gave Simon D a surprise bobo, Simon D also looked shocked, drawing laughter from the others.

On the same day, Yoseob posted a picture of himself and Lee Joon being made up. He wrote, ” B2uty A+, A+ B2uty, for all of you who treasures us singers the most, I posted this picture as a gift.”

A Cube Entertainment which is the agent company of  A PINK revealed in the morning on April, 15, “Lee Gi Kwang will appear on the drama teaser video of seven members of girl group A PINK’s debut title song ‘I don’t know’ as a hero.”

A PINK who got attentions with their beautiful faces and pure and innocent images released drama teaser video of debut title song ‘I don’t know’ via official website at 10:00 am on 15th.

The drama teaser video tried to express the romantic feeling with describing the shy meeting between beautiful girl and boy and heart beating romance brightly. The meeting between A PINK who are so fresh like the first love and Lee Gi Kwang who has shiny eyes and bright smiles have a fresh spring atmosphere.

The drama teaser of ‘I don’t know’ which has romantic and fresh melody lines describes the nervous feelings of A PINK before making debut. It expressed the feeling metaphorically with confession, ‘After the cold winter, one day with sunshine spring comes.’
