[News] Possible Plagiarism To DBSK's Mirotic; Venezuelan Group Zivao Released Full Track Of "Inside Your Skin"

We posted earlier about a Venezuelan group named Zivao who possibly plagiarize DBSK's Mirotic. As we have explained earlier, the group stated that they were just making a cover of the song.

But the concern of some fans is if they have all the legal rights to cover the song. The group (Zivao) already performed the song live on a show in Venezuela and also release the full track of the cover song titled "Inside Your Skin".

Live performance for Inside Your Skin:

Here's the full track of their cover song Inside Your Skin and they also left a message saying "We, Ziva is proud to sing a cover from the group DBSK and to our Latin version style. Thank you to your comments. Our style is a fusion of various genres."

Now the question is, will SM Entertainment take legal action to this case or just let it be cause somehow this is just a cover.

What do you think of this?

[News] Possible Plagiarism Of A Venezuelan Group To TVXQ's Mirotic

A group from Venezuela released a preview of their new song called "Inside Your Skin" which appears and can be possible a new case of plagiarism from TVXQ's "Mirotic".

South Korean boy group TVXQ released the song Mirotic in the year 2008 which immediately top the chart during that time. This is not the first time that the song Mirotic cause an issue. News were widely spread before that TVXQ plagiarize this song from a German singer named Sarah Connor. Mirotic and Under My Skin has lots of similarities and was release before TVXQ. But in the end, this case was resolve and already was close as the composer of the song Lucas Secon sold it to both TVXQ and Sarah Connor.

As for the group from Venezuela, because of TVXQ's great impact in their country, they explained that they don't have any intentions for plagiarism, but instead they just made a cover of the song in a Spanish version.

Listen here,

The guys from Ziva said,

"Everyone, We are not presenting this issue as a subject. It's a cover, we make no mistake. The only thing we did was change the lyrics because we also like DBSK and we want to bring Venezuela that style. We don't intend on plagiarizing anyone. We're just doing a cover of this issue to use in our repertoire. We want to bring them here in Venezuela and we are doing what is kpop - Ziva"

So, in conclusion, i can say no plagiarism intended and they are just fans of TVXQ.

The 2011 Spring/Summer season’s jewellery trend is simple silver.

Compared to the past years, where thick, luxurious designer rings that captured attention were the trend, for this year, details have been simplified as much as possible. In accordance to this, recently many of the fashionistas have been seen wearing silver items with a simple design.

On a certain music program stage, TVXQ performed their new song “Before U Go,” and both men wore the same simple, silver ring. Jang Hee Jin attended the 2011 Fall/Winter Seoul Collection Fashion Show, wearing a similar silver ring to that of TVXQ’s, and attracted some attention.

Also, Lee Chae Young presented a ring as part of her personal collection during MBC’s “7 Day Miracle,” and when it was known that this was the same ring as well, it became a big topic.

TVXQ, Jang Hee Jin and Lee Chae Young are all wearing a donation ring, and aside from the stylish fashion sense revealed, it also shows their participation in a donation campaign.

Also, this E.S.donna donation ring’s sale proceeds will be collected over a period of one year, and will go to Holt’s Children Services, where its intended use will be for Sotos Syndrome patient Go Ye Seul’s surgery.

[News] U-Know Yunho’s Sister Reveals, “I Am A Woman Who Was Abandoned By My Brother”

The beautiful younger sister of TVXQ’s U-Know Yunho (Jung Yunho) has appeared on TV for the first time.

On SBS’ ‘Sweet Hometown Visit, Dalgona’, U-Know Yunho’s younger sister Jung Ji Hae said, “I am a woman who was abandoned by U-Know Yunho.”

According to Jung Ji Hae, the two were at a school festival at their elementary school where she gave the introduction and U-Know Yunho sang the final solo. After completing her task, she asked U-Know Yunho, “Where should I wait for you?” to which he replied, “Go wait in your classroom.”

But U-Know Yunho didn’t show up, no matter how long Jung Ji Hae waited. Three hours had passed before he reached the classroom completely out of breath. It was that he had forgotten about his sister and gone home.

Jung Ji Hae said, “Oppa, do you know how hungry, cold and sleepy I was? Because of that incident, I started to have a fear of classrooms,” and shouted, “U-Know Yunho, who abandoned his sister. Reflect upon your actions!”

U-Know Yunho seemed embarrassed by his sister’s outburst but said, “Honestly, I’m a really forgetful person. There are times when I make plans to meet up with people, and forget about them later. I forgot about my sister when she’s the one person I should never forget about,” and showed remorse by saying, “I started coming up to Seoul when I was still attending elementary school, so I didn’t get to see Ji Hae often. She’s always been pretty and tall ever since she was little, so I should have been there to protect her from other guys but I wasn’t.”
